I think we have the best staff in the city. Here’s why. We recruit our staff for their positive, service-oriented attitude. Then, we give them additional training to become more highly-skilled, while also providing the experience to handle any event. It really makes a difference.

We provide a wide range of training, from hands-on learning to classroom-type programs we’ve developed ourselves. New staff get practical experience by being assigned to events as “extras”. This gives them in-the-field learning with lots of guidance and supervision.

I started my company, VIB Event Staffing, after working in the restaurant business, catering and event business, for 17 years. Between our beginning in 2009 and today, we’ve become one of the premier event staffing agencies in the Greater Toronto Area, and beyond. Valérie Sideco
